Next day delivery applies on orders over £60 in total and placed before 12pm (Please note any orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be dispatched until Monday) Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of your order
Next day delivery is only available on selected areas (please check your postcode at checkout) and is subject to product availability, courier availability and demand. Deliveries will be made between the normal courier operating hours , Monday-Friday. The exact time of arrival cannot be confirmed for next day delivery but you should receive a text at least one hour before their arrival to let you know they are on the way , as long as a mobile number is provided when ordering. If your order contains more than one item, please be aware that it may arrive in more than one delivery.
If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands, remote locations or non-mainland UK, a delivery surcharge may apply to certain items, If this is applicable, we will contact you before your goods are dispatched. If applicable all surcharges will be shown during the checkout process.
WHERE DOES ASPECT DELIVER?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We regret that we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, overseas addresses or the following UK postcodes:
GY, JE, TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), BFPO
KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, PH15-44, PO, ZE
Next Day & Select Day Delivery is not available for the following postcodes:
AB, CA, DD, EX16-23, EX31-39, FK17-21, G67, HS, IV1-56, KW1-14, KW27-28, LA, PA20-39, PH, PL, TR
WHAT ARE ASPECTS DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Next Day or 48 Hour Delivery
If your chosen item is a Next Day or 48 Hour Delivery item it will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the couriers operating hours. All Next Day or 48 Hour Delivery items ordered before 12 noon will be delivered between 24 or 48 hours. (Please note any orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be dispatched until Monday)
If your chosen item is a Standard Delivery item , an item’s availability / delivery time will be clearly indicated on the item page. It will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery items will be delivered the following working day providing your order is placed before 12 noon.
Please refer to your chosen item(s) for an estimated delivery time. Once your order is ready for dispatch you will be sent a tracking number so that you can track your item on the couriers website.
Please note: delivery times may be extended in parts of the UK that are affected by adverse weather. Aspect and our contracted deliverers will work hard to get deliveries to you as quickly as possible should these circumstances arise.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If you are interested in an item that is indicated as out of stock we suggest you choose something comparable from Aspect’s huge range of high quality and great value products.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MY DELIVERY?
Next Day Delivery
For some Next Day Delivery items, the items will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the delivery company can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. Unfortunately if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats the delivery driver may only deliver to the lobby of the building as the delivery driver is not insured to enter private premises. Therefore please be aware that if you purchase a product on next day delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself.
Standard Delivery items are usually delivered by more than one individual. A customer may request our contracted deliverers to assist in taking the order into the premises but this will be at the discretion of the delivery team. In the rare event that damage occurs, Aspect / contracted deliverers unfortunately cannot accept liability for any damage either to the delivered product or to the customers property (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure) whilst assisting the customer with a request. Any consequent damage should fall under the customer's household insurance.
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14’ 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads. This is to help us deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our contracted vehicles, unadopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
Damages: please check your Aspect order on receipt and if you see or suspect any damages to your order please indicate this when you sign for the delivery. If your order is damaged, we will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.
