FREE DELIVERY SERVICE

We offer a free delivery service to most UK mainland addresses and there is no minimum spend. Deliveries will be made between the normal courier operating hours, Monday-Friday. The exact time of delivery cannot be confirmed.

The majority of our couriers provide a text service as long as a mobile number is provided when placing an order. If your order contains more than one item, please be aware that it may arrive in multiple deliveries.

WHERE DOES ASPECT DELIVER TO?

We deliver free to UK mainland addresses with the exception of the following Postcodes which will incur additional delivery charges based on gross weight or volumetric weight as stated below:

*Volumetric weight: If an item is large but light, it may be charged on size rather than weight. 

Northern Ireland-BT

Charges:

0.01-15.00KGS : £15

15.01-25.00KS :  £20

25.01-35.00KGS: £25

We regret that we cannot deliver to Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands, some post codes in Scottish Highlands and overseas addresses and also the following UK Postcodes:

Offshore- GY, JE, TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), BFPO, Isle of Wight PO

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?   

Delivery usually takes up to 3 to 5 working days.

Once your item has left our warehouse we will send you an email with all the tracking information.

Couriers we use include DHL, DPD, EVRI

DAMAGES

Please check your Aspect parcel upon receipt and if you see or suspect there is any damage to your order please indicate this when you sign for the delivery. If your order is damaged please let us know within 3 working days and we will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.
